About Kindleglow Nutrition
Megan Jensen, CEDS-C, MPH, RDN, LD
Why I Do This Work
I help clients and professionals navigate the complex journey of eating disorder recovery with compassion, individualized guidance, and practical support. Having experienced an eating disorder myself, I have always been motivated and passionate about helping others work through their own eating disorders. One of my life goals is to make nutrition care for eating disorders approachable, evidence-based, and supportive—so every person feels seen, understood, and empowered.
Professional Background
I am a registered dietitian that specializes in eating disorder treatment, with experience supporting clients across the lifespan. I provide guidance grounded in evidence, collaboration, and a weight-inclusive approach. I also offer professional consultation and supervision for dietitians and helping professionals seeking mentorship or support with complex cases.
Philosophy & Personal Touch
I believe food and nutrition can be a source of nourishment, not stress. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients and professionals alike can build confidence, explore challenges, and make progress at a pace that feels right for them. Outside of practice, I love hiking with my dogs, cross-stitching and crocheting, and experimenting with different bread recipes.
Who I Work With
I support:
Individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, or those who simply want to improve their relationship with food and their body
Dietitians, students, and helping professionals seeking guidance, supervision, or mentorship
Whether you’re looking for a brief consultation, ongoing nutrition therapy, or professional mentorship, my approach is always grounded in kindness, evidence, and practical support.
Credentials & Experience
I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist–Consultant (CEDS-C) and Registered Dietitian with advanced training in eating disorder care. I currently serve as an Advanced Practice Specialist and lead Intermountain Health’s Eating Disorder Leadership Team, where I support program development, mentor providers, and provide nutrition therapy across all levels of care.
My clinical experience spans inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings, allowing me to support a wide range of eating disorder presentations and complexities. In addition to direct client care, I am actively involved in provider education and have presented on eating disorder treatment, prevention, and nutrition care at conferences, medical trainings, and professional events.
I am committed to advancing eating disorder care through collaboration, education, and a compassionate, weight-inclusive approach.
