If Kindleglow Nutrition feels like a good fit for you, we will discuss scheduling options during the consultation.
These consultations are strictly limited to 15 minutes, but initial assessments will take 60-90 minutes.
These calls are meant for prospective clients who are interested in learning more about Kindleglow’s approach and treatment modalities.
Initial Eating Disorder Assessment
Individualized nutrition support for those navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, or a difficult relationship with food. Together, we’ll work toward building a more stable, nourishing, and sustainable relationship with food and your body—at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Topics discussed may include:
Personalized nutrition care (no one-size-fits-all plans)
Support for any disordered eating behavior
Gentle, evidence-based approach rooted in compassion
Collaboration with your care team when appropriate
Sessions are tailored to your unique history, needs, and goals. They are available for both private pay and in-network insurance clients. Out-of-pocket costs will vary based on your insurance plan. Follow-ups will be scheduled during initial appointment.
Professional Supervision
Support for dietitians and other helping professionals looking to deepen their skills in eating disorder care. This service can be applied to required case supervision hours for Certified Eating Disorder Specialist candidates.
These sessions provide a space to explore cases, build confidence, and develop a more nuanced, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition counseling. Some of the topics covered will include:
Case consultation and clinical guidance
Support with complex or high-risk clients
Exploration of counseling skills and therapeutic approach
Optional ongoing supervision/mentorship
Ideal for: RDs, students, or clinicians working with (or wanting to work with) eating disorder populations. We will discuss contracts and pricing during our first meeting.
Of note, we are currently waiting on credentialing with insurance companies. For the time being, we are self pay only, and we offer superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We will continuously update our website to reflect which insurances we cover. Thank you for your patient as we navigate this step!
